Letter of Intent & Life Care Planning

No legal document can capture what you know about your child — their routines, what comforts them, who they trust, what a good day looks like.

A Letter of Intent does, and it becomes one of the most important things you leave behind for whoever steps in to help care for your child when you no longer can.

We help you build this alongside your financial and legal plan, as part of what we call the Quality of Life Plan, so the people caring for your child aren’t starting from nothing.

What it records

What no legal document holds

  1. Daily life

Routines, preferences, what soothes a hard day and what sets one off.

  2. Medical

Diagnoses, providers, medications, therapies, and the history behind each.

  3. Their circle

Who your child trusts, who advocates for them, and who should be called.

  4. Hopes

Where they live, what their days look like, what work or community means for them.

Worth knowing

This is the document the next caregiver will actually read. We help you write it, and revisit it as your child changes.
